Identity
Visual identity design for Krista Breyer, a handmade brand built around the fiber art practice of its founder, my nonna.
A visual system was developed, from the logotype to a set of icons, that translates traditional techniques — crochet, knitting, and tatting — into a visual language to represent the dedication of each craft.
The identity bridges heritage, craft, and modernity, framing generational knowledge within a brand system. Guided by the slogan “Hecho por las manos de la nonna,” — made by the hands of the grandmother — the project emphasizes authorship, care, tradition, and the intimate value of handmade work, positioning artisanal craft within a modern branding context while balancing modernity and warmth.
